Russia still has not fulfilled a single item of the Minsk agreements – Ukraine’s foreign Ministry
The Russian Federation had not fulfilled a single point of the Minsk agreements, which operate on the paper for two years and relate to de-escalate the armed conflict in the Donbass.
“It is obvious that there is absolutely no political will of Moscow to fulfill them”, – said the press Secretary of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Marian Betz.

“Repeated violations of the Russian Federation the Minsk agreements undermine the efforts of Ukraine and the international community to restore peace and security in certain districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. Because of the escalation of the conflict, the official Kiev has banned the transportation and cargo service to the occupied Donbas.
“Due to the escalation of the security situation in the Donbass, passion and the “expropriation” of Russian-terrorist factions of the Ukrainian enterprises located on the territory of certain districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions, the increased risks of economic and energy security of Ukraine, provoked by the conscious actions of illegal armed groups and the Russian Federation (the recognition on the territory of the Russian Federation of pseudodocument issued in ORDO, the introduction of the “ruble zone”, the de facto confiscation of Ukrainian assets, the announcement by the leader of terrorists Zakharchenko line of demarcation of the state border and the like), 15 March 2017, the national security Council and defense of Ukraine decided to temporarily, to Russia’s implementation of the security provisions of the Minsk agreements, as well as to return under Ukrainian jurisdiction captured by enterprises to stop the movement of goods through the line of collision,” – said the foreign Ministry of Ukraine.

Ukraine, for its part, will continue to stay committed to the Minsk agreements, and will make determined efforts with a view to their implementation in full. In this case, as before, will continue to adhere to the principled position that the key to successful implementation of the political, socio-economic and humanitarian aspects of the Minsk agreement is a comprehensive execution of their military-safe block”, – stressed the foreign Ministry of Ukraine.
