Memorial poster with pictures of killed participants of the ATO has damaged unknown in Kharkov, says TSN.12.00.
Noticed the torn photo only in the morning, presumably the vandals acted in the night when nobody could see. Law enforcement officers have already contributed to the incident in the unified register of violations. Police review CCTV footage, located on Freedom square to set the attackers.
