Polozova transferred to the status of a witness in the case of the Deputy Chairman of the Majlis Umerov

Lawyer Nicholas Polozova deprived of the right to protect the Deputy Chairman of the Mejlis Ilmi Umerov, moving it from the status of the defender in the status of a witness in the case. About it the lawyer said in comments QirimInfo.

The lawyer plans to appeal the decision of the Russian-controlled Crimean court in the European court of human rights.

“I’m waiting for from the Kiev court (district court of Simferopol – Ed.) give a copy of the Appeal, then it will be possible to file a cassation and appeal to the European court. Plus, I have submitted a complaint against actions of the investigator, it is not considered”, – said the lawyer.

Polozov also noted that soon the case Umerov should be handed over to the Prosecutor.

“Given all the circumstances, I think it will be either probation, or a fine. If conditionally more convenient for them, because it needs to go each month to check in and will be under control,” – said Polozov.

Recall, March 6, Nicholas Polozova summoned to the FSB for questioning in the case Umerov, but he refused to go for interrogation.
