In Ukraine for the first time deprived of the mandate of the Deputy-quitter
In Kamenskoye in Dnipropetrovsk recalled city Council Deputy Yuri Litvinenko from the party “Block of Petro Poroshenko “Solidarity”. To voters and party members had many complaints about his inaction, not held reception of citizens, inefficiently used funds Deputy Fund, missed meetings of the city Council and commissions.
The Congress party BPP granted the corresponding appeal of the territorial election Commission Kamensky regarding deprivation of the Deputy mandate.
“The Deputy was elected from district No. 9, which is inhabited by 6 thousand voters, and his opinion was signed by 1818 people, that is every third. Let the Ukrainians remember that they choose deputies and they have the right to withdraw. It’s not easy, but the real procedure. Now instead of Litvinenko in the Deputy case will go young and energetic Deputy, having two higher educations. This is a good example for all of us”, – said the Chairman of the Kamenka city organization BPP Natalya Shkurenko.
A new member of the city Council was the next in the electoral list of a 32-year-old lawyer Anton Gusev.
Similar to the case of recall of the Deputy was the first time in Ukraine since then as in year 2015 adopted relevant amendments to electoral legislation.
