Not 3200. What are the wages in the Ukrainian prosecutors
Salaries of local prosecutors in 2017 will grow to 10 thousand UAH, and in the Central office – the Prosecutor’s office – they now reach at least 15 thousand UAH, and someone gets 20-30 thousand UAH.
In an interview with “UKRINFORM” said the first Deputy Prosecutor General Dmytro Storozhuk.
“In the beginning of last year, the minimum wage in the prosecution system was at the level of 4.5 thousand UAH. At the end of last year, prosecutors have received at the hands of at least 6.9 thousand UAH. This year, the minimum wage, which will have our employee working in the local Prosecutor’s office, will reach 10 thousand hryvnia,” – said Storozhuk.
The Prosecutor’s office the lowest salary is 15 thousand UAH.
“And then, depending on seniority. Here you get somewhere in the 20-30 thousand hryvnia. I think we’re worth their money, although skeptics say that we pay too high. Last year we were able to return to the state budget 10 billion UAH. This is despite funding the entire prosecution system of the country 3.3 billion”, – said the first Deputy attorney General.
Recall, from January 1, 2017, the minimum wage in Ukraine is 3.2 thousand UAH.
