The lawyer filed a motion to dismiss the criminal case against Nasirov
Lawyer Victor Petrunenko filed a motion to dismiss the criminal case against suspended head of the state fiscal service of Ukraine Roman Nasirov.
The request is filed to the head of the Specialized anti-corruption prosecutors Nazar Golodnitsky and the General Prosecutor of Ukraine Yury Lutsenko, transfers “Interfax-Ukraine”.
Nasirov’s lawyer moves to dismiss the case against his client as considers that in its actions there is no crime. Petrunenko insists that the actions of the head of the SFS do not harm the public interest.

The petition proposed additional or repeated is judicial-economic examination.
“You need to put one question: what material expression of the improper benefits allegedly Nasirov provided to companies, and why it is given?”, – the lawyer told.

According to Viktor Petrunenko, if the prosecution did not react to the request, preparing a separate request to conduct such examination.
