The city Council requires the imposition of sanctions to “Ukrroslizing” because of debts of the Moscow metro
The city Council will turn to the government, the Rada, the NSDC and the President Petro Poroshenko with a petition for sanctions to the LLC “Ukrroslizing”, which demanded to arrest the account of the Kiev metro.
It is reported by the city Council.
“The Kyiv city Council considers the actions of LLC “Ukrroslizing” as bodies directly affiliated with the aggressor – the Russian Federation, as such, intended to implement the direct economic aggression against Ukraine. Such actions threaten the national interests, national security, sovereignty and territorial integrity of our country, violate the interests of society and the state result in substantial property loss and pose barriers to sustainable economic development”, – said the Deputy of city Council Alexander Kharchenko.
In 2009, the then capital power entered into an agreement to purchase 100 subway cars on conditions of financial leasing with the company “Ukrroslizing”. In the period from 2010 to 2013 Kiev owed the company almost 2 billion hryvnia.
According to the suit the court seized 100 cars of the Moscow metro. A few days ago, by order of the court, the Executive service arrested accounts “Kiev underground”.
That is why the city Council asked to do the impossible blocking the work of the municipal enterprise “Kyiv metro”.
