One of the victims of war in the result of the fall of the Mi-2 helicopter in Kramatorsk was 54-year-old Colonel and the chief of service of missile and artillery ensure Victor Colitic.

For five years, from 1985 to 1990 Calitics served in group of Soviet forces in Germany for the posts of head of unit, the commander of radio engineering armies. From 1990 to 1992, he served in the red banner far Eastern district, Khabarovsk, commander. From 1995 to 2005 he served in the Western operational command, and in September 2005 was a Colonel in the reserves.
