Russian SK again accused the Ukrainian military of “crimes” in the occupied Donbass
The Investigative Committee of Russia has once again accused the Ukrainian military in the “most serious crimes against the civilian population.”

“So, in August-December of 2015, the commander of the “Carpathian Sich” 93 separate mechanized brigade of the Armed forces of Ukraine Lieutenant Oleg Kutsin, together with the commander of the 93 mechanized brigade Armed forces of Ukraine Colonel Vladislav Klochkov and other persons, carrying out obviously criminal orders, carried out an aimed artillery shelling from heavy weapons with high hitting properties, and civilian infrastructure which are not military objectives in the settlements of the self-proclaimed Donetsk people’s Republic”, – stated in the message.
Also in the shelling of Donetsk in August 2014, they accused the commander of the regiment of special purpose “Dnepr-1” of the MIA of Ukraine, Colonel Vyacheslav Pechenenko, which allegedly was partially and completely destroyed more than 20 houses and wounded civilians.
In Russia also claim that in the period from 11 to 23 March, members of the Armed forces of Ukraine and National guard of Ukraine, allegedly fired on civilian infrastructure in the settlements of the Donetsk region, which “killed civilians, nine people were injured, partially and completely destroyed more than 50 buildings, including residential houses.”
“As believes a consequence, all these crimes were committed on motives of political and ideological hatred and enmity related to the refusal of the population of the South-East of Ukraine to recognize the legitimacy of the current government in Ukraine”, – stated in the SC.
This is not the first accusation of the Russian investigators. Previously, they supposedly established the Ukrainian officials APU, is involved in “deliberate shelling of the Russian territory in June-August 2014”.
