Poroshenko proposed to create a working group on amendments to the law on e-Declaration

The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko invited the activists to establish a joint working group for elaboration of amendments to the law on e-Declaration.

About it reported in a press-service of the head of state.

“The parties have agreed to establish a working group with participation of representatives of public organizations, MPs and representatives of the presidential Administration with the goal of developing agreed amendments to the law”, – stated in the message.

According to Poroshenko, the signing of this law is important because it is necessary taking into account the interests of hundreds of thousands of servicemen who are now defending Ukraine from Russian aggression.

As noted, the obligation to fill in electronic declarations by representatives of public organizations appears only in 2018.

“The head of state acknowledged the support of the initiatives of non-governmental organizations in the fight against corruption. He drew attention to the inadmissibility of any political pressure or restrictions on the activities of non-governmental organizations in Ukraine”, – said the President.

In turn, the head of public organization “Center of counteraction of corruption” Vitaly Shabunin wrote on his page in Facebook that despite this, Poroshenko is going to sign the law as amended, voted lying, refusing his veto.

We will remind, on March 23, deputies of the VR adopted amendments to the law on e-customs Declaration, according to which, representatives of public associations are obliged to submit reports on their incomes, but soldiers from this need should be free.
