Criminal proceedings on the indictment deprived the title of President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych of treason will consider the Obolonskiy district court of Kyiv.

The decision was taken by a panel of Appellate court of Kiev at the meeting on Tuesday, March 28.
This decision is final and not appealable.
The Prosecutor of the Chief military Prosecutor’s office Ruslan Kravchenko after announcement of the decision noted that the prosecution was ready to consider this case in any court.
In turn, the lawyer Yanukovych Vitaliy Serdyuk reiterated the existence of irregularities in making such decisions.
