“Now is checked only 30 civil servants from the first wave of returns. What about the effectiveness of this collegial body can be said? When taxpayers pay UAH 600 million annually on the functioning of the body 170 million on adminrashody, huge salaries for 100 thousand hryvnia, which is not in any Ministry and NACP checks only 30 civil servants from the first wave of declarations”, – said Petrenko.

He added that the issue regarding the operation of the Declaration system, the government and the Ministry of justice has raised six months ago, and there have also been failures and were allocated additional funds.

“The last three months together with the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers weekly with them going with young children and they perform their managerial functions. This is unacceptable. There are no politicians. Here is one situation: incompetence and randomness of people who came to these positions”, – he concluded.
