Russia has banned money transfers to Ukraine through international payment system
March 29 parliamentarians of the Russian Federation Council adopted a law that prohibits money transfers from Russia to Ukraine through international payment system. It is reported by Prime.

Under the new law, if a foreign government imposed bans against Russian payment systems for cross-border transfers without opening Bank accounts within the payment systems, including foreign, such transfers from Russia to another country would be possible only if the operators of the payment system controlled from Russia.
The new law will come into force 30 days after its publication oftengo.

Recall that in Ukraine has banned the operation of six Russian payment systems, and to cancel the registration of contracts to residents of Ukraine on the participation in these international payment systems. The corresponding decree on the introduction of the NSDC decision on sanctions signed by the President Petro Poroshenko.
