“The suspension of cooperation due to the need to audit the use of funds by the Ukrainian side and evaluating the performance of the American partners. This necessity is the result of changes in the global policy of the United States to support and participate in such projects, which are based on determination of the amount of assistance based on the assessment of the efficiency of its use by the host party”, – notes the Frieze.

“Thus, the suspension of cooperation with USAID NAPC is not a sign of change in U.S. policy regarding Ukraine and failing to support projects in our state,” she said.
