NABU has opened proceedings against the judge for delaying the proceedings Nasirov
The national anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine after appeals of people’s deputies opened a criminal case against the Chairman of Solomenskiy district court of Kiev Lyudmila Sheremet’evoy because she withdrew from his duties in the case of the head of the State fiscal service of the Roman Nasirov and dissolved the court.
In the NAB said that in the Unified register of pre-trial decisions included information about the Commission of a crime under part 1 of article 364 of the Criminal code of Ukraine, initiated criminal proceedings. About it writes “Ukrainian truth”.

The consequence considers that the Chairman of the State fiscal service in 2015-2016, acting in the interests of the people’s Deputy Oleksandr Onishchenko personally accepted unfounded and illegal decisions on the installment plan of tax debt and liabilities, OOO “Firm “Khas”, “Carpocratians”, LLC “Nadra Geocenter”. These decisions Nasirov made with violation of established by law procedures, that is, in the absence of proper justification and legal grounds that led the government confirmed expert opinion the damage is about 2 billion UAH.
March 6 public activists picketed the court building in Kiev, fearing that Nasirov can escape.
March 8 Solomensky district court of Kiev chose Nasirova measure of restraint in form of arrest for two months with possibility to go free after making a record for Ukraine Deposit of UAH 100 million. However, the prosecution asked the court to set bail of 2 billion UAH.
16 Mar relatives Nasirov has made him a bail of 100 million UAH.
Meanwhile, lawyers commented on the possible implications for physicians “Theophany” for the story of the “heart attack” Nasirov.
