Sytnik called the searches in the Bank “non-classical”
The Director of the National anticorruption Bureau of Ukraine Sytnyk commented on the searches in the premises of the NBU, which took place on Wednesday, March 29. He stressed that the criminal proceedings for the management of the national Bank, reports ZIK.
“This case, which previously said and which concerns the management of the National Bank of Ukraine”, – said Sytnik, but did not name names, although the media circulates a version of the possibility of proceedings against the Deputy head of the NBU Ekaterina Rozhkova.
The head of the anticorruption Bureau confirmed that the bankers are cooperating with law enforcement authorities. “It’s hard to call it a classic searches, because any resistance on the part of employees of the NBU regarding the implementation of procedural actions was not. They met our employees, and issued documents that needed detectives. The investigation into this case continues,” – said the Director of the NABOO.
