The head of the NACP called those responsible for the failure of e-Declaration and called on to punish them

Tomorrow, 31 March, completing the process of submission of electronic declarations for civil servants and persons equated to them. Documents needs to submit about 700 thousand Ukrainians. However, many of them can not do because of the constant problems with the electronic system it hangs or does not work for two weeks now. Those who submit an e-Declaration for the first time, extended the deadline for another month – until 30 April inclusive.

The Chairman of the National Agency for prevention of corruption Natalia Korchak said that her Department is not to blame for the failure of the campaign with the filing of e-returns. Because of the technical work of the website and server responds with a completely different structure – state enterprise “Ukrainian special systems”. She noted that failure to comply with this structure the terms of the contract administration and software and hardware maintenance of the software of Unified state register of declarations of persons authorized to perform state functions or local self-government, created a real threat of failure of the campaign for the electronic Declaration of income.

“Such actions threaten the European integration of Ukraine, creates a negative international image of the state, undermine the confidence of foreign partners and investors in the commitment to reform and the path, which was the state in preventing and combating corruption,” said Korczak.

“Given the above, as head of the National Agency, are seen in actions of officials of State service for special communication and information protection, as well as SE “USS” evidence of official crimes, which discrediting the idea of preventing corruption, electronic Declaration of income and require appropriate legal response,” said Korczak.

Her open letter addressed to the NAB, the Prosecutor General, the National police, the national security Council, government agencies and the public.
