DILL filed an appeal against the controversial decision of Pechersky court on the confiscation of contributions

About it reports a press-service of political force.

Lawyers called the actions of the NACP attempt to put pressure on the opposition party, and accused of trying to justify their own existence and to divert attention from the serious failures in the Agency’s activities.

“Ukrainian Union of patriots – DILL” felt “professionalism” of the management of the Agency. NAPC has accused our party in the “illegal” admission of membership dues, and the Pechersky court, known for its “impartiality”, decided to confiscate 469 thousand UAH which its members voluntarily contributed for the benefit of political power. The national Agency for prevention of corruption immediately loudly said this “victory”, despite the fact that the court decision has not entered into legal force and is being appealed to the appellate court. Also, Agency officials are silent about the fact that at the beginning of July 2017, when DILL took membership fees using party funds and not through a banking institution, as required by the new order, transfer funds through banks simply was not possible. The fact that NACP has adopted delayed its decision for an application form which should be submitted together with the payment document when paying membership fees, so banks such donations is just not taken,” the statement reads.

The lawyers of the party also noted that the legality of the way contributions have confirmed the findings of internal and external audit. Thus, the Commission’s statement in Dill considered an attempt to exert pressure on the opposition party and also an attempt to justify their own existence and to divert attention from the serious failures in its activities.
