In KCSA told the date of the end of the heating season in the capital
In the capital of the heating season will conclude on Saturday, April 1.
The corresponding order of the Kyiv city state administration was signed by Kyiv mayor Vitali Klitschko, said in a statement on the website of the KSCA.
Deputy Chairman of the KCSA Petr Panteleyev noted that “the weather forecast we received from the Ukrainian hydrometeorological center, testified that on April 1 and succeeding days the average daily temperature is above +8 degrees. Periods of severe cold, which, for example, was observed in March, meteorologist predicts”.

Panteleyev also said that he received almost three thousand applications from people of Kiev, who asked to have to turn off the heating because the cost of this service is extremely high.
“So we use every opportunity to save Kiev. This year the heating season will end earlier in comparison with the previous year,” he said.
According to him, the decision on decommissioning of the heating system should be as balanced as the system of heat supply of Kiev is quite inert.
All the heating in Kiev will shut off within seven days.
“It is technically impossible for one day to turn the heating down, then turn it on again, so we took into account both current and prospective temperature data,” — said Panteleyev.
