Poroshenko has recognized the error in amendments to the law on e-Declaration – Shabunin
The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko admitted the mistake in the scandalous amendments to the law on e-Declaration. This was stated by the head of the Center of counteraction of corruption Vitaly Shabunin in the talk show “Right to Vlad,”on channel 1+1.
Error, in particular, the President saw that the accountability of public organizations should apply to third parties who work in the state, but are not involved in the immediate activities of the organization. That is, such staff as designers or cleaners. At the same time, says Shabunin, during the meeting there was a discussion on how to fix this error.
“He (the President) recognized this error, by third parties, he acknowledged. The discussion was on how to fix this error. The President’s proposal – working group and drafting of the bill. Our position – veto proposals, i.e. a veto on the part of the law,” – said Shabunin.
The Deputy from BPP Hryhoriy Shverk said that the law had to be taken, at least in this form, as those changes related to the military, who were exempted from filing because they physically do not have the opportunity to complete the document because it ensures the defense of the country.
“The President some texts in this bill, in addition, as already mentioned, was very surprised. To say that it was kind of tricky game President, when he saw and was surprised these texts, too”, – says the MP.
And presenter of the program “penny ,” Alexander Dubinsky in no hurry to believe that the law was adopted only in the interests of the military.
“Here the President signed it into law, because you were worried about 190 thousand troops. That is, it is about this year knew about the situation, and he didn’t care. It was just interested in these amendments about the activists in order for this law to smuggle an undercover soldiers”, – said Dubinsky.
