The government has warned about the “split” payment for gas from April
The government plans to perform the process of splitting the cost of gas, which will occur on April 1, and will model the formula that generated the bills.
This was said by Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman, reports Government portal.
“According to the adopted law on the gas market and in accordance with the Code of transport networks, April 1, it is necessary to distinguish between the price of gas and the cost of transportation and delivery. And it actually led to a decrease in gas price of 800 UAH. In fact, there was cleavage. Now I want to look at the structure of the payment”, – said Groisman.
He added that the cost of thousand cubic meters of gas should cost now about 6 thousand UAH.
In addition, the splitting of the payment does not in any way affect the grantees.
“The 7.5 million households that receive subsidies, they will not suffer”, – said the head of Government.
