“The trough for corrupt officials”. Groisman announced the intention to sell inefficient state-owned enterprises
Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groisman stated that the total number of state enterprises in Ukraine — 3,5 thousand excessive, so “it’s absurd”.
Therefore Groisman March 30 during a briefing in Zhytomyr offered to sell all those businesses that do not have state importance and do not benefit, reports UKRINFORM.

“We have 3.5 thousand state enterprises in the country. This is absurd, because these companies most of them are either ineffective or become feeding troughs for corrupt officials. My position is that those (businesses) who do not have state significance and importance, should be publicly sold. Because they are of no use will not bring the Ukrainian citizens and the Ukrainian economy. Their selling will attract in the economy investment and accelerate economic growth”, — said Groisman.
According to him, the result of these changes will be tangible for every Ukrainian in particular for the elderly who will be able to count on increase of pensions.
We will remind, Economic court under the representation of the Dnipropetrovsk regional Prosecutor’s office ordered the transfer of 94.5% of shares of OJSC “Aviation company “Dniproavia” in favor of the state.
