Avakov insists on the resignation of the leadership of the AMC for their actions in relation to the company Kesaeva

The leadership of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine should resign because of their actions in relation to the company-a distributor of tobacco products “Tedis Ukraine”, which belongs to the citizen of the Russian Federation Igor Kesaeva. This was stated by the Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov on Friday, March 31, at a joint briefing with the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko.

“Wicked amused by the fact that today at work in the Antimonopoly Committee is absent, the Chairman of the AMC Terent’ev (Yuri Terentyev – Ed.) his Deputy Sidorenko (Nina Sidorenko – Ed.) which led to the antitrust case “Megapolis” – “Tedis”, today, too suddenly on a business trip, one Deputy was on vacation, and so forth,” – said Avakov.

“I think a vacation for these people must be continued, and I, as Minister, a political figure, I can say that as a result of this investigation, the company has the right to demand the resignation of the leadership of the Antimonopoly Committee”, – said Avakov.

We will remind, on March 31 morning, the GPU raided the Antimonopoly Committee.

Earlier, Prosecutor General Yuri Lutsenko said that the GPU and the military Prosecutor’s office exposed the scheme particularly major tax evasion and illegal transfer of billions UAH abroad, including for the financing of terrorists on Donbass. As it turned out, the organizer of the deal is Russian tobacco businessman.
