Paul Perchov, who is suspected of murder eks-the Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Denis Boronenkov in Kiev, shortly before it was occupied Donetsk.

This was stated by Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko in an interview with German newspaper Bild.
