The Minister of internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov in the electronic Declaration about your assets and income for 2016 declared the collection of paintings, books, coins, stamps, weapons, wine and two Cypriot companies.
According to the Declaration, Azarov together with his wife owns two apartments in Kharkov 657.9 square meters. m and 70,90 sqm, and single-handedly owns an apartment in the Chuguev area of 55.4 sq. m and land plot in Korobochkyne village, Kharkiv region with an area of 1.2 thousand sq. m. the Minister’s Wife also has a plot of land in Korobochkyne village area of 1.2 thousand sq. m. According to the Declaration, the Minister rents a room in the hotel area of 77,6 sq. m.
Also Avakov declared that the picture of Sergei Vasilkovsky “Evening on the Donets”, 11 artist Vachagan Narazani, picture N.And.Klyagina “Sad time” with his wife he owns a painting by artist J. M. Sadovskogo “Elf-Tinker”, pattern beaded XVIII century lithograph by Pablo Picasso, engravings by the German artist Karl Pluckebaum “She sits on the ramparts”, a collection of paintings of batik, the icon “Nicholas the Wonderworker” of XVI-XVII centuries, the icon of the Vladimir Postupkov “Madonna”, a painting by artist Popova “portrait of a woman”, an icon of the Kazan mother of God roughly the XVIII century, collection of paintings of V. I. Kovtun, picture of Soller moon “Building in the foothills”.
In the joint ownership of declared and other objects of art, including other icons, paintings, artistic chess sets, paintings of beads, a collection of engravings, drawings, V. Ermilova, collections of stamps, collection of coins of the XVI-XXI centuries in the amount of 2 652 thousand units, a collection of gold coins of 24 items.
He also has a collection of books of the XVIII-XXI centuries in an amount of about 8 thousand copies, a collection of edged weapons of the XIX-XX centuries in the amount of 7 units, vinyl discs, audio-video records on other media in number of 5 thousand pieces. The Minister owns a collection of wines from France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Ukraine, Spain, USA, Chile in the amount of 760 bottles and also the wines of Chateau Mouton-Rothschild 1945, 1955, 1982,1986 years and two bottles of Château Pеtrus 2000.

The Minister declared, furniture, watches (Rolex Daytona, Jaeger LeCoultre, Vacheron Constantin), bags (Chanel, Louis Vuitton), 4 coats, other jewels and jewelry, and the collection label wine brand Mouton – Rothschild.
Also Avakov has 12 shares of FC “Metalist” at the cost of 3 UAH, owns 100% of the capital in the Italian company’s Avitalia.r.l. the cost of 8 million 832 thousand UAH, 99.99% of the capital of OOO “Trust company Avakov” (in liquidation) value of 205 thousand UAH 478 (0.01% of this company – my son avakova, Alexandra). The Minister is the ultimate beneficial owner of two Cyprus companies Ulisse Management Limited Management Limited and Fontana.
Avakov said in an e-Declaration that he owns the copyright to “the script in the form of backpacks, with newspaper clippings” worth 2 billion rubles, or UAH 1.
Minister in 2016 declared the income in the form of wages in the amount of 466 121 thousand UAH, and the income from the redemption value of Treasury’s military commitments in the amount of 20 thousand UAH, and redemption of coupons on them – 2,8 thousand UAH. His wife, Inna Avakov in 2016 received 289 032 thousand UAH wages and 13 156 thousand UAH from the alienation of securities and corporate rights. Avakov has on account in Ukreximbank 626 thousand 348 UAH Oschadbank – 804,338 5 thousand UAH 596 thousand and 200 thousand UAH in the form of assets in precious metals, 15 thousand ,8 thousand, EUR65 and 870 thousand British pounds 3 015 thousand canadian dollars, 96 thousand of Japanese yen cash. The wife of the Minister in the accounts in the savings Bank EUR3 447 thousand, 1 million 043 thousand 500 UAH 0 thousand, in Ukrsotsbank – 025 UAH 49 thousand, 980 thousand UAH, in addition, thousand, 40 thousand UAH thousand and EUR21 in cash.

Avakov himself in this column indicated dividends by resolution of the General meeting Avitalia s.r.l. from 14 Oct 2016 who have not passed the bills accrue and were not paid in 2016 in the amount of 148 thousand UAH 423. In 2016 the right of ownership of the shares of PJSC “Investor” with a total nominal value of UAH 210,32 the deed of gift passed from Inna Avakova to son Alexander Avakov.
