In e-Declaration Blackie pointed out that there is an apartment in Kiev with an area of 82 sq m, 50% from another apartment in Kiev with a total area of 75.6 sq. m. and an apartment in Alexandria, Kirovohrad region area of 51,1 sq. m, in joint ownership with Vladislav Chernyshev, Oleg Chernysh and Inna Chernysh.

In 2015, she was in the ownership of: 75,5% of LLC “Broadcasting company “Kontakt-LTD” cost 188 thousand 750 UAH, 100% private enterprise “Terminal” value of 100 UAH, 100% private enterprise “broadcasting company “the Courier” at a cost of 100 UAH.
Blackie for the year 2015 declared 32 407 thousand UAH of a salary from the State Agency for restoration of Donbas and 313 460 thousand UAH of a salary as Minister, the percentage of the Deposit in the “UkrSibbank” in 2 040 thousand UAH. The Minister’s wife pointed out the income from entrepreneurial activity 206,7 thousand UAH (in 2015 -78,4 thousand UAH), income from alienation of securities and corporate rights in the amount of 188,75 thousand UAH, the birth of the child in the amount of 24 thousand UAH 080, dividends from “Volchansk aggregate plant”.
Blackie has a $ 151 thousand EUR 40 thousand on Deposit at “UkrSibbank” 417 thousand UAH 714 and 715 thousand, his wife of 51 thousand 234 UAH on Deposit in the same Bank and 3 472 thousand UAH on Deposit in “PrivatBank” and “Oshchadbank” – 317 UAH.
