OSCE observers have recorded an increase in violations of silence regime in Donbas

SMM OSCE reportedthat over the past day recorded 435 explosions in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions.

This is stated in the report of the mission on 4 April.

“In the Donetsk region, the Special monitoring mission documented more violations of the cease-fire, including about 420 explosions, when compared with the previous reporting period (190 explosions). Approximately 70% of the explosions were recorded in the district Avdeevka-Yasinovataya-Donetsk airport”, – the report says.

“In the Luhansk region, the Special monitoring mission has recorded fewer violations of silence regime, including 15 explosions, when compared with the previous reporting period (about 30 explosions)”, – reported in the report.

We will remind that earlier the militants “DNR” opened fire near a patrol of the OSCE representatives in the Cossack.

The incident occurred March 28 at 11 a.m., when the six employees of the organization in two armoured vehicles drove up to the complex, located on the Eastern edge of the village Cossack, who occupied “DNR”.
