Tobacco monopoly “Tedis Ukraine” vs AMC: the court postponed the hearing on the case on the penalty 431 million UAH
The economic court of Kiev postponed the hearing in the case of the tobacco monopoly “Tedis Ukraine” on the claim of the company against the Antimonopoly Committee.
This is with reference to the message the company writes “Interfax-Ukraine”.
As noted, the hearing will be held on April 28.
Note that the subject of the dispute is the imposition of the fine in monopoly “Tedis Ukraine” in the amount of 431 million UAH, which the company challenged in court.
At the same time, according to the head of AMKU Yury Terentyev, police believe the amount of the fine the company is undervalued.
