Ukraine will hold talks with Canada on the supply of arms
The delegation of the Ministry of defense would violate the issue of supplies to Ukraine arms during a visit to Canada.
This was stated by the Minister of defence of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak, UKRINFORM writes.
“This is the subject of our talks in the future on the basis of the Treaty which we have signed,” – said Poltorak the question concerning deliveries to Ukraine canadian arms.
After the Russian aggression of Ukraine appealed to many countries with requests for a variety of equipment, including defensive weapon.
“For us this is a very important question, given our clear plan regarding the acquisition of the ability of NATO membership until the end of 2020. But at the same time, we understand the decision of all countries on cooperation in providing us with defensive weapons”, – concluded the Minister of defence.

Recall that in Ottawa, the Ministers of defence of Ukraine and Canada Stepan Poltorak and Harjit Sajan signed an agreement on cooperation in the sphere of defense.
The signing of the agreement took place in the framework of broader negotiations between the defense ministries of Ukraine and Canada who are in Ottawa. The agreement should secure the military partnership between the two countries and to create legislative field for closer cooperation between the armies.
