The head of national Bank Valeria Gontareva going to resign from the post later, but for now the statements would not write.
This is stated in the official comments pre service of the national Bank.
“Regarding the resignation of Valeria Gontareva, reports the following: in dealing with journalists this morning, she once again reiterated their commitment to subsequently leave the post of Chairman of the NBU. We remind that the decision on the resignation of the Chairman of the NBU adopts the President of Ukraine and appointed by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine”, – stated in the message.
Recall that today, April 6, morning, the activists of the “National body” (“Azov”) came to the estate Gontareva, painted her fence and demanded to ban the work of Russian banks in Ukraine. On the question of whether to resign Gontareva, she gave an affirmative answer. The press service of the NBU said that the will submit a statement to the police on the organizers of this event.
