Treason: call Yanukovych in Obolon district court of Kyiv to testify
Obolonskiy district court of Kiev is the former President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych at a meeting on 4 may 2017 as a defendant of high treason.

“The Obolon district court of Kiev gives you as the accused at 10:00 on may 4, 2017 in the case against Yanukovych Viktor Yanukovych of committing crimes under part 5 article 27, part 3, article 110, part 1 article 111, part 2 of article 437 of the criminal code of Ukraine”, – stated in the appropriate agenda.
We will remind, on March 28, the court of Appeal instructed the Obolonskiy district court of Kyiv to consider the case of former President Viktor Yanukovych, who is accused of treason.
As explained by Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko after the announcement of the full text of the decision in the court of Appeal (April 3) the indictment should have been sent to the Obolon district court.
