“The erosion is a planned act of terrorism directed against the OSCE Mission in Donbas. Full responsibility for this terrorist act bears the military-political leadership of the Russian Federation, which controls the occupied territory of Donbass. No action troops don’t happen without coordination with the Russian General staff,” – said Turchinov.
According to him, the car hit a mine laid by Russian militants and terrorist groups.
“One of the tasks that was worked out by the terrorists during the blasting of the car of the OSCE SMM, pause patrolling the occupied territory for large-scale and uncontrolled movement of Russian military equipment and armaments with a view to further preparing a large-scale military provocations,” – said the NSDC Secretary.
