The explosion of a car of the OSCE: provocations of the Russian Federation will increase – expert

The explosion of a car of the OSCE observers and the firing of the Consulate General of Poland in Lutsk are the provocations of the Russian special services, which will only increase.

This was stated by the Polish military expert, the former commander of Polish Land forces, General Waldemar Skshipchak, writes UKRINFORM.

For investigation of this incident need to establish an independent expert Commission with participation of experts from countries participating in the Normandy format. According to him, “LNR” and “DNR” for the President are “obsessive boil, from which he does not know how to get rid of”.

“Putin got involved in the war, creating some of the Republic, who expect that he will always protect and support, but it is not in his best interest. He doesn’t want to be the initiator of war and all possible ways to shift the blame on Ukraine”,- said the Polish General.

He believes that Russian intelligence will be to increase the number of provocations that will create a picture for Russian propaganda that “agent provocateur is the Ukrainian side, which will give the opportunity to blame Kyiv to the international community that now occurs in the East of Ukraine.”

Skshipchak convinced that for the effective investigation of the tragic incident with the patrol of the OSCE is necessary to create an independent international Commission. Also, according to him, Poland should actively monitor these processes, it is also the object of provocations Russia.
