Safety during a May 9, and Eurovision: on the streets of Kiev will be 16 thousand militiamen
Tomorrow, may 7, in Kiev police move to enhanced mode. Security in the capital, at the time of the “Eurovision” and the events dedicated to the Victory Day will be 16 thousand militiamen.

In particular, during the events dedicated to the 72nd anniversary of the end of the Second world war for safety will monitor approximately four thousand law enforcement officers of the national police and the national guard.
First Deputy Minister of internal Affairs Sergey Yarovoy noted that in Kiev in the events of may 9 will be attended by about 20 thousand people. All units of the national police, machardie, state border service and state emergency service are transferred to the strengthened mode of service inclusive until may 14.
Also for the coordination of all forces and means will operate situational centers.
“The work centers in this period shows our commitment to prompt and harmonious actions in certain situations. About 16 thousand law enforcement officers will be involved in the safety measures from 7 to 14 may, including will monitor law and order during carrying out of “Eurovision-2017″. Each must understand their role in dealing with crisis situations that may arise.
