“The program is already running for the rehabilitation of shell-shocked for the people who have received a concussion from the explosions. We do medical center. This is a special center which will be located in the Kiev region, which has already allocated the budget this year,” he said.
Medical center for rehabilitation of soldiers who received concussions from the explosions, scheduled to open in November.
The interior Ministry plans to present their projects at the national security Council. According to Avakov, the complex program on rehabilitation of victims of PTSD should have a public value.
