Ukrainian diplomats in court demanding to prevent the Consul of a detainee in Italy, the fighter ATO
The Consulate General of Ukraine in Milan appealed to the court of the city of Pavia with a request to provide information about the grounds and circumstances of detention of ATO volunteer Vitaly Marcia.
It is reported by the Department of consular service of the MFA of Ukraine.

Also diplomats have demanded the Consul an opportunity soon to visit Marcia in the establishment of the content and attend the hearing on 4 July in his case.
“Consul contact with the lawyer of the detainee and approved the algorithm of further actions. Native V. Marcia informed about his detention. The case of the detention of the citizen of Ukraine V. Marcia is under special control of the Department of consular service of the foreign Ministry and the Consulate General of Ukraine in Milan”, – stated in the message.

Recall, Italy was arrested by soldiers of the National guard of Ukraine Vitaly Marcia on suspicion of involvement in the death of Russian journalist Andy Roselli, who, together with Russian citizen Andrey Mironov were killed in 2014 under the Slavonic.
