The Committee was not allowed to prosecute the people’s Deputy of Dade
The procedural Committee of the Verkhovna Rada gave consent to criminal prosecution-procedural responsibility of the people’s Deputy from “popular front” Eugene Dade.

Appropriate representation “On granting consent to criminal prosecution of people’s Deputy Yevhen Deydey Sergeyevich” was supported and submitted to the Parliament by the Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko on 21 June.
“The Committee believes that the idea of granting consent for the criminal prosecution of people’s Deputy of Ukraine Yevhen Dade… is not sufficiently grounded, motivated and does not contain specific facts. The findings of the investigation are based on assumptions, and the legality of evidence is doubtful, it can not confirm the facts of Commission by Dade criminal offense under part 3 of article 168-2 of the Criminal code of Ukraine”, – quotes the Deputy Chairman of the Committee Pavel Pynzenyk said.
For the decision of the Committee voted by a majority present at the meeting.
