Donbas militants again began firing from tanks. Chronicle of the ATO
For Saturday, July 15, in the area of ATO in the Donbas the militants 11 times opened fire on positions of Ukrainian military. Most of them – eight – have been recorded in the Luhansk region.
It is stated by the press center of staff ATO.
“Since the beginning of the day illegal armed groups continued to fire provocation. Night fighters from 82 mm mortars hit on Trehizbenka, and rocket-propelled grenades and small arms – Crimean and Crimson. On the same direction we should separately mention fighting with the enemy. Around midnight from the village of Frunze fired under the guise of a group of militants trying to approach our positions, clashed with units of the anti-terrorist operation around Crimean. As a result of skillful actions of the Ukrainian military, the enemy retreated. Also armed provocations with the use of small arms recorded in Novooleksandrivka and Donke”, – stated in the message.
In Mariupol direction militants released nine mines of calibre of 120 millimetres and hit a tank on Ukrainian strongholds in Krasnogorovka. Also, machine guns fired at Novomikhailovka.
