The OSCE has told about increase in the number of civilian casualties in half
The number of victims among the civilian population in the Donbas has increased in comparison with the last year half.
This was announced by first Deputy Chairman of the Special OSCE monitoring mission in Ukraine Alexander hug in Donetsk at the briefing, UNIAN.
“Since the beginning of this year and to date we have recorded and confirmed by the more than 320 casualties among the civilian population. 59 people were killed and more than 260 wounded. Compared to the same period last year, an increase of 50%,” said hug.

According to him, only in the Donetsk region over the past two weeks had confirmed 10 cases of victims among the civilian population.
