Some media released information that the Prosecutor General’s office supposedly prepares the suspicion of the Minister of infrastructure Volodymyr Omelyan. Law enforcement officers confirm or deny this fact so far failed, according to a story TSN.19:30.
Omeljan itself admits that about a possible case against himself learned from the Internet, but is willing to give explanations about any of his actions, in particular regarding negotiations with the Irish low-cost airline Ryanair. In the spring the Minister signed with the company a secret Memorandum of cooperation, which promised the carrier ultra-low fares, but the airport “Borispol” noted the loss of such cooperation, so the deal in the end were not signed. Other airlines operating in the market of the country, protested the special conditions for the Irish, as well as the excess as the Minister of power during the signing of the Memorandum.

At the same vvremya Omeljan hopes that next year, Ryanair will go to Ukraine, and will fly it from “Borispol”. “Ukraine is not in a position to tell the big international carriers you fly to Uzhgorod or White Church. They suggested that they want to fly to Lviv and Boryspil – and it is absolutely logical for the two state companies to meet”, – the Minister believes.
