In Ukraine again will increase the tariffs for fixed telephony

Private Ukrtelecom, privatisation of which overturned the first instance court and returned to state ownership, wants to raise tariffs for fixed telephony.

From 1 January 2017 fee for urban subscribers could grow by 7.3%, agriculture – by 14.5%. Thus, the tariff “Home unlimited” for urban residents will reach about 74 UAH per month, for the villagers – 70 UAH. Tariff “Home base” – respectively 67 grn and 63 grn. This writes the League.Business.

The national Commission for regulation of communications and Informatization according to the proposal of “Ukrtelecom” has adopted in principle the decision to increase the maximum tariffs for public telekomuslugi from 1 January 2018. Within a month the decision will be coordinated with government agencies, representatives of trade unions and employers.

The press service of “Ukrtelecom” was assured that the new prices will be at the level of the cost of providing services.
