Special representative of Ukraine for humanitarian Affairs, the godfather of Russian President Vladimir Putin Viktor Medvedchuk said that the process of exchange of hostages between Ukraine and ORDA will be held in two stages.

“We are focused on that until the new year and Christmas holidays, as was stated, we must release these 306 people. Today there is preparatory work”, – Medvedchuk declared to journalists in Minsk.
