In gpsu confirmed the departure from Ukraine of the Russian officers from SCCC

Russian officers who were part of the Joint center for control and coordination in the Donbass, left yesterday, on December 19, Ukraine.

This was announced by the head of the press center frontier service Oleg Slobodyan Facebook.

Earlier it was reported that one of the Russian officers SCCC has banned entry to Ukraine for three years for the illegal visit to the occupied Crimea.

December 18, the Russian foreign Ministry has announced the withdrawal of Russian JCCC representatives from the Donbass. As their representatives, allegedly, “has faced serious difficulties because of the position of the Ukrainian authorities.” The Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine called the move another provocation.

“Russia withdrew its officers from SCCC, which is a tool of the establishment of the cease-fire right before the strong escalation of violations of ceasefire. Only Ukraine suffered some of the worst fighting, from February 2017. The decision about the world depends on Russia,” – wrote in Twitter, the special envoy of the US State Department on Affairs Kurt Volker.

The joint center for control and coordination of ceasefire and stabilization of the demarcation line was established in 2014 with headquarters in the Donetsk region. It was a joint group of Ukrainian and Russian officers, who controlled the observance of the Minsk agreements.

The Ukrainian JCCC representatives in the Donbas also on December 19 left the occupied part and arrived in Soledar, located on the territory controlled by Ukraine.
