A conflict of interest due to Saakashvili: Mosiychuk was admitted explained why NABU searching the house of his assistant
National anti-corruption Bureau conducted searches at the assistant people’s Deputy Igor Mosiychuk due to his rented house to avenge the position according to Mikheil Saakashvili.
About the MP wrote on his page in Facebook.
“In the morning the NEB conducts searches of the house by my staff and friends. In particular, Valery Dzyubenko, which saved me during the attack. Investigatory actions have begun that day when I went to the doctor recommended rehabilitation. The searches relate to the house I’m renting and in which I live,” he said.
According Mosiychuk, the police claim that he had not made it in his Declaration.
“In fact, it is an absolute manipulation: I moved into this house in January 2017 and the following year in accordance with the law put it in the Declaration. Besides, the case was initiated a year ago, in 2016. Obviously, someone saw fit to give him a stroke. This compulsion to ensure that I personally and the faction of the Radical party, Oleg Lyashko, of which I form part, has supported the whim of the so-called “fighters” and their foreign patrons”, – said the MP.
He also said that the judge’s ruling of Bobrivnyk, which earlier was caught on a bribe is illegal, because it Mosiychuk “conflict of interest” and the judge “completely controlled the NABOO”.
“I believe all of these actions are the revenge of the Deputy Director of NABU Guizot Uhlavy for my principled stance against his friend Mikheil Saakashvili. Also, I have repeatedly pointed out violations of the code of criminal procedure detectives NABOO during the meetings of the Committee on legislative support of law enforcement, where I am the first Vice-President. In addition, during today’s of investigation the detectives have made a number of violations of the laws of Ukraine and we will contest them in court,” – said Mosiychuk, having called the government of NABOO to stop the pressure on him, his friends, associates and his family.

The MP later posted a photo of one of the investigators, assuring that “once interrogated me in the same criminal proceedings as a witness and literally told me that the task of the NEB is not to fight corruption but to destroy the political class”.
