Moscow accused Kiev in humiliation and Stripping officers of the Russian Federation of SCCC
Representatives of Russia withdrew from the JCCC to the ATO because of the position of Kiev, said in an interview with “Kommersant” Russian foreign Minister Grigory Karasin.

And added that representatives of Russia can return to the JCCC, but on certain conditions. Why Kiev will have to change its position.
“To make the conditions was guaranteed and not dependent on the will of the Ukrainian policy. It should be an approved code of international relations to our officers. I think it’s theoretically possible,” – said Karasin.
