NBU revoked the licenses of two commercial banks
The national Bank has withdrawn the banking license and General license for currency operations of two Ukrainian commercial banks – “apex” (Kiev) and “Industrial-financial Bank (Kremenchuk, Poltava region) – the procedure of voluntary termination of banking activities
These financial institutions took a decision on voluntary termination of banking activities without liquidation of a legal entity, said controller.

“We believe the decision of some banks to stop banking activities suspended “grown-up” step, which indicates an adequate assessment by the shareholders of these banks to the market situation and their own capabilities regarding the selection and implementation of the business model of a particular Bank”, – said the Deputy Chairman of the national Bank Ekaterina Rozhkova.
Earlier the national Bank according to similar procedure has withdrawn the banking license from PJSC “CB “Financial partner”. A voluntary decision to cease banking activities was also accepted at PJSC “Credit Optima Bank”.
