The court will not open a case against the Ministry of justice and prosecution at the suit of Saakashvili
District administrative court of Kiev refused to open proceedings against the Prosecutor’s office of Kiev and the Ministry of Finance on the claim of ex-head of the Odessa region Mikheil Saakashvili.
This is stated in the statement of the press service of the administrative court.
“District administrative court of Kyiv refused to open proceedings in the administrative case on the claim of Mikheil Saakashvili against the Ministry of justice of Ukraine and the Prosecutor’s office of Kyiv city”, – stated in the message.

It is noted that Saakashvili asked to recognize illegal actions of the Ministry of justice of Ukraine on consideration of the petition of the Chief prosecution Ministry of justice of Georgia “about the search, detention and extradition of Mikheil Nikolozovich Saakashvili”.
Recall, the District administrative court of Kyiv has identified 3 January 2018 date I will consider on the merits the claim of ex-head of the Odessa region, Mikheil Saakashvili, against the State migration service. We are talking about the lawsuit regarding the refusal of Saakashvili in the preparation of documents for resolving the issue of recognition by the person which needs additional protection.
