Paruby called acceptable “situational coalition” with the opposition bloc and former regionals

To seek support for adoption of a decision in Parliament at the ideological opponents is acceptable. This was stated by the speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Andrii parubii in an interview to Ukrainian TV channels.

The question of how it relates to the fact that in certain decisions the coalition does not give the necessary majority, and vote appologize and former regions, the Chairman of BP said that it is an international norm.

“This is European practice, when the coalition is formed in the beginning, it forms Executive bodies, and then the Parliament works under a decision finding a particular majority,” – said paruby.

Moreover, the VR speaker said that his opinion was confirmed by the conclusions of the Venice Commission.

“When the law about changes of the rules was sent to the Venice Commission, the Commission gave interesting insights – “detailed written rules regarding the formation of the coalition can be an obstacle to the functioning of the Parliament”,” the document quoted the speaker.
