The militants did not allow OSCE monitors to pass on Verhneuralskogo
Observers Special monitoring mission of the Organization for security and cooperation in Europe (OSCE SMM) declare that the fighters controlled by Russia did not allow the mission to travel to the East of the village Verhneuralskogo Novoazovsk district in Donetsk region.
This is stated in the report of the mission, UNIAN reports.

Earlier in the headquarters of the ATO reported that militants intensified air reconnaissance with use of unmanned aerial vehicles, which are prohibited by the Minsk agreements.
