The court dismissed the claim of Saakashvili against GMS. Protection will appeal against the decision
The district administrative court of Kyiv refused satisfaction of the claim eks-the head of the Odessa region Mikheil Saakashvili to the State migration service of Ukraine. We are talking about the lawsuit regarding the refusal of Saakashvili in the preparation of documents for resolving the issue of recognition by the person which needs additional protection.
The court’s decision was announced by the judge of the District administrative court Tatiana Skochok.
After the announcement of the denial of the claim are present in court, the supporters of Mikheil Saakashvili began shouting from the audience “Shame”, “You are a cog in the system” and so on, showing discontent with the decision

The lawyer Saakashvili Ruslan Chernolutsky stated that the protection party will appeal against the court decision within 30 days of the term specified in legislation.
“Fully was denied the claim to Mikheil Saakashvili. What does it mean? I want to emphasize that no extradition following today’s announcement will not. We have, according to the new code of administrative procedure, 30 days to appeal the decision. Therefore, this decision will be necessarily appealed to us,” said Chernolutsky.
Recall, today, January 3, in Kiev was held a court session on the case of ex-President of Georgia, former Chairman of the Odessa administration, deprived of the citizenship of Ukraine, Mikheil Saakashvili.
However, the meeting was moved to 13:30 Thursday, January 11. The court wants to collect all 12 deputies, who are ready to bail Saakashvili – that they personally confirmed it.
